Loved the free spa access, especially the hot tub where I had quality bonding time with children. The views were amazing, got to witness the beauty of the parking lot. And the gym was a lifesaver, because who doesn't want to work out on vacation?

Oh, and let's not forget the lack of hot breakfast options. Who needs scrambled eggs and bacon when you can have cakes and muffins, right?

Very helpful staff, good English. Equipment of apartments is good enough. Supermarket - 200-300 metres. Very comfortable free underground parking. Free internet access is great advantage.

There was no soap,lotion,shampoo and shower gel in the appartement only in the reciption also if anyone has a kids they have to watch them and not leave them alone because the Balaconi is very dangeours reather than that the appartement was excellent

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, with its beautiful art pieces displayed on the walls. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility was also outstanding, with the presence of easy-to-use lifts and ramps, ensuring that I had no issues navigating the premises.

If I had to ask for one thing to make my vacation even better as a senior person, it would be for more assistance from the children working there. While the staff was friendly, a little extra help for us older guests would have been greatly appreciated.

The hotel had fantastic facilities and amenities. The spacious rooms with sea views were a highlight. Great location in a well-kept town with plenty to do. The staff were fantastic and the hotel was clean and well organized.

The hotel's decoration is lovely, with a modern and pleasant design that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The general areas were well maintained and easy to navigate for us seniors. I also appreciated the accommodations for seniors, such as handrails in the hallways and elevators to make getting around easier.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and considerate of our needs. A little extra patience and assistance can go a long way in making us feel truly welcomed and cared for during our stay.

Fantastic location - lovely sandy beach just across a small road so great for spending days on the beach. Really clean and modern, thought the room was spacious and bright and great to have a balcony. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice (and good old Tetley tea!). Good underground parking.

Gym very warm as it is co-located with the sauna/jacuzzi and no weight equipment - but it was nice to go running on the beach instead!

We stayed in the hotel, not the apartamentos and booked a room with balcony overlooking the sea. . A bit expensive but well worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the evening sun with a glass of wine reading a good book.. Perfect. The staff were always polite and helpful and everythingf was spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet was ample and varied. For a real Spanish meal experience try out the Menu del Dia at the (Italian) Trastevere restaurant available Mon to fri, 1.30 to 4 (about 100 yards up the main road out of Joel on the left. 3 courses with lots of choices for each course. Water. Fizzy water. Bread. As much wine as you can drink (my wife had a bottle of white and I the red). Beautifully served and all for 8.50 Euros.

I had the most incredible stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in had a beautiful balcony and a luxurious bathroom with high-end fittings. And the best part? It was all at a very reasonable price! The buffet breakfast included was absolutely delicious. But what really impressed me was the helpfulness, friendliness, and efficiency of the entire staff. It truly felt like a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.

Nice hotel at the beach, nice price for the quality, could be 4 stars, not three, it deserves more. Nice staff, not annoying, helpful. There are no big indications, so it took some time to find it, but at the end we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's just a few steps away from a stunning beach. The modern and clean design of the hotel is impressive. the free spa area is a great advantage for a relaxing break. , the free Wi-Fi provided was efficient.

There was no bar available outside breakfast hours and the coffee shop located at the back of the hotel closed too early. The room was quite small and it had no coffee making facilities.
